ABOUT THIS QUESTIONNAIRE

People attend self-defence training for many different reasons and with many different life experiences.

​You do not need to tell us about any traumatic or personal experience unless you choose to do so and you may leave any question unanswered.

You are always in control of your participation. You may stop, observe, modify or sit out an activity, request a different training partner, take a break, or speak privately with an instructor at any time.

​You will never be required to explain why.
